Win your mornings before your phone does.
RoutineFlow guides your routine step by step, out loud, and keeps Instagram, TikTok and other distracting apps locked until you're done. For a morning (or evening) routine that actually happens — structure, not willpower.

What it does
Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Earn your phone
Choose the apps to block — Instagram, TikTok, anything that pulls you in. They lock at your routine's time and unlock as soon as you finish. A safety limit and an emergency unlock are built in, and calls are never blocked.
A routine that runs itself
Each step is announced by voice, with a countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. See what's next and how much time is left, add a minute or skip a step.
On your wrist
The Apple Watch app shows your current step and taps your wrist at each new one. Mark it done or pause without reaching for your phone.
Ready in seconds
Start from 12 ready-made routines — energizing morning, calm evening, 4-7-8 breathing, desk break — or build your own. Pick weekdays and a reminder, ask Siri, or start it when your alarm stops.
Keep going
A streak with one joker a week, statistics by routine and by day, ambient sounds, Lock Screen widgets, and mindful minutes saved to Apple Health.
Yours, privately
No account and no ads. Your routines stay on your devices and sync through your own private iCloud, between your iPhone and iPad.

Questions
Frequently asked
Is RoutineFlow free?
Yes. RoutineFlow is free to download, with 2 routines of up to 8 steps, voice guidance, the Live Activity, reminders, 3 templates and one free "Earn your phone" morning. Premium unlocks everything — unlimited routines, all templates, app blocking every day, statistics, ambient sounds, widgets and the Apple Watch app. Subscriptions come with a 7-day free trial, or you can get Premium for life with a single payment.
How does RoutineFlow block apps?
It uses Apple's Screen Time framework. You choose the apps to block for a routine; they are locked from the routine's time until you finish it. The block always ends — when the routine is done, after a safety limit you set (1 to 4 hours), or with an emergency unlock — and phone calls are never blocked. RoutineFlow never sees which apps you chose.
Does RoutineFlow work on Apple Watch?
Yes. With Premium, the Apple Watch app shows your current step, taps your wrist at each new one, and lets you mark a step done or pause.
What's a good private morning routine app?
RoutineFlow is built for a private start to the day: no account, no analytics, no ads and no trackers. Your routines stay on your devices and in your own private iCloud, which SuiteForge cannot read.
How is RoutineFlow different from Routinery, Fabulous or Me+?
RoutineFlow also blocks distracting apps until your routine is done. On privacy, its App Store label only lists anonymous purchase data, not linked to you, and it has no ads; its in-app purchases are listed from $4.99 to $59.99, including a lifetime option. According to their App Store listings, Routinery, Fabulous and Me+ collect data and use some of it to track you, and Routinery and Me+ contain ads. RoutineFlow, Routinery and Fabulous all have an Apple Watch app.
